The Fortune Auto 500 Series Coilovers are Fortune Auto’s answer to a daily driver friendly high end, bespoke coilover system. Designed and assembled in the USA, all Fortune Auto Coilovers offer a level of customization and quality rare within the automotive industry. Fortune Auto has taken a different approach to coilover systems, rather than an out-of-the-box setup customers are able to cater their coils to their individual needs from spring rates to miscellaneous performance upgrades. Take advantage of their proprietary and patented digressive piston technology for a street coilover with no downsides.

What makes Fortune Auto The Best:
Built in the USA from parts made in the USA, Germany, and Japan
Rebuildable in the USA **cough cough HKS**
Street Friendly Coilover
5 Year Industry Leading Warranty
Individually Shock Dyno Tested prior to shipping
Customizable Spring Rates (no extra cost) & Upgrades
Upgradeable to 2 or 3 Way Coilovers
Everyday Driveability
Research on the racetrack has helped them develop the Fortune Auto 500 Series into a great all-around shock absorber. Using high quality components that meet their strict standards allows these coilovers to be optimized for comfort, reliability, and longevity.
Occasional Track Use: Digressive piston technology allows for stiff low-speed compression/rebound force. This gives more control of driver inputs such as roll, dive, and squat. However, at fast stroke speeds (i.e. high speed bumps) the suspension becomes supple in response to bumps and irregularities in the road for maximum control.

Should you upgrade to the optional Swift springs?
We get asked this a lot.  The bottom line is if its in the budget, do it.  They are slightly better in every way.  Not doing it, however, will not result in you having "bad" coilovers in any way.
Swift Spring Advantages:
- Noticeably softer (i.e. street comfort) at the same spring rate as other springs on the market.
- They are made with a tighter tolerance then other springs available. This translates to the advertised spring rate being closer to perfectly what you order.
- They are more linear, which leads to more predictable, notable differences in handling when you push them in aggressive cornering.
- They react to road & track conditions both quicker and smoother -– a win/win
- Swift Springs have less coils, leading to a lighter overall weight of 0.95 pounds per spring

If you’'re looking for a more track-intensive coilover, please see the Fortune Auto 510 we offer.
All Fortune Auto Coilovers are custom built to order and to your specifications with a 3-4 week average turn-around time (slightly longer during peak race season). If you want custom spring rates, those are generally available at no extra cost. We will contact you when you place your order to confirm the spring rates you want. Coilovers are shown with grey springs, spring color may be dependent on application and spring rate.

About the sway bars:

These bars weigh only 15 pounds for both of them they are made of chromoly with only the newest technology available.

The Front Bar specs are as follows (note these #’s are measured by the stiffness of the existing TRD sway bars that you can get from TRD)

Adjusting your anti-roll bars:
•Inside hole = Full stiff
•Outside hole = Full soft

It’s recommended that you start out with the front bar set to full stiff and the rear bar set to full soft. It’s better to progressively step up to greater rear stiffness rather than getting too eager. Oversteer can be fun, but it can also be dangerous and expensive –especially on the street where you don’t have a lot of run-off.

Front Sway Bar (2 way adjustable)
•Light Setting 8% stiffer then TRD 498.9 lbs/in
•Heavy Setting 27% stiffer than TRD 584 lbs/in

Rear Sway Bar (3 way adjustable)
•Light 18% softer then TRD 367 lbs/in
•Medium 6% Stiffer than TRD 458 lbs/in
•Heavy 35% Stiffer than TRD 588 lbs/in
